2007 Ford Five Hundred, Mercury Montego recalled for fuel-tank fix
Mon, 18 Jul 2011Ford is recalling nearly 3,000 copies of the 2007 Ford Five Hundred and Mercury Montego sedans to fix a problem with the fuel tank. The cars being recalled were built between Sept. 5 and Sept.
Saab gets more cash from China partner
Wed, 01 Jun 2011Saab has received another cash boost from its new China partner Pang Da with an additional order for 630 cars, worth 15 million euros or $21.7 million at current exchange rates. The order comes on top of an order for 1,300 cars worth $43.3 million (30 million euros) received by Saab from Pang Da in May. The Chinese company will pay in advance for the order and delivery of the vehicles will start in the third quarter, Saab said.
Film Friday: Auburn Speedster tackles the Bonneville Salt Flats

And it doesn't really get any better than vintage footage of the classic Auburn 851 Boattail Speedster tearing up the Bonneville Salt Flats circa 1935 followed by a demonstration of the big Duesenberg streamliner, “The Mormon Meteor” thundering across the lake bed.
