Stobart To Keep On Trucking In £280M Sale Deal
Fri, 07 Mar 2014FANS of the well known trucking business Eddie Stobart might be surprised to learn that the company has been sold. However, the iconic name won't vanish from the nation's roads despite the £280 million sale to investors. The business, which employs around 5,000 people and operates 2,300 vehicles, will be led by the founder's youngest son, William Stobart.
Rolls-Royce Wraith (2013) second teaser of 600bhp coupe
Tue, 12 Feb 2013This is part three of Rolls-Royce’s pre-Geneva motor show tease of its new Wraith coupe. We’ve already seen a ghostly interpretation of the Spirit of Ecstasy figurine, and a side profile shot that revealed a resemblance to a ’68 Mustang Fastback, and now Rolls has shown the rear of the Wraith, and made a few proud proclamations about just how powerful its new super-coupe will be. I can’t see much of the new Rolls-Royce Wraith… Unfortunately it’s another shadowy teaser from Rolls-Royce, in the same vein as the side profile silhouette.
Luc Donckerwolke appointed as Seat Design Director
Mon, 08 Aug 2005Belgian designer Luc Donckerwolke will be appointed as Seat Design Director, starting next month. Donckerwolke moves within the Audi Brand Group to replace Walter De'Silva who retains his position as the group's Director of Design. In his new position, Donckerwolke will also take over the Spanish company's Design Centre, currently run by Steve Lewis who is moving on to assume new responsibilies within the Audi Brand Group.
