Aston Martin is really struggling at the moment. Discounts abound (particularly on ’08 model year cars – you can have a V8 Vantage Roadster for not much over £60k, and a DB9 for £75k), and new car sales are as rare as hens teeth. Not surprisingly, there have been deep job cuts, and the dealer network is really struggling to survive.

2015 Lexus RC F gets aggressive

Two years ago, Lexus brought the very forward-looking LF-LC concept to the Detroit auto show. We've seen bits and pieces of it -- most notably, that statement-making spindle grille -- make it to production cars. But the 2015 Lexus RC F sport coupe, which is coming to Detroit this year, may come the closest to fulfilling the promise of the concept of anything we've seen so far.

Audi RS6 Avant ‘Plus’ planned with 600bhp

Audi are planning a ‘Plus’ model of the new RS6 Avant which will come with around 600bhp and be a full production model. Just as they have with the launch of the TT RS Plus, Audi are planning to give the new RS6 Avant even more power than it already enjoys in an RS6 Avant Plus model, and it won’t be a limited edition model but a full production option. Talking to Car Magazine, Stephan Reil, Audi Quattri Division boss, said that Audi were planning a range of RS Plus models which could get not just a performance boost but less weight too.
