Bentley Supersports ‘ISR’ Convertible (2011) at 2011 Geneva motor show
Mon, 28 Feb 2011The new Bentley Continental GT is on sale, and it’s a little while yet before we see a new drop-top GTC or Flying Spur limo, so at the VW Group’s 2011 Geneva motor party Bentley revealed a limited-run Supersports Convertible. Just 100 Bentley Supersports ‘Ice Speed Record’ Convertibles will ever be made. So we get two videos purporting to show what the new SMART City Cars offer – basically a SMART the size of a lorry – and set about convincing us, and gullible members of the public on camera, that this is indeed the route they’re going for the new SMART.

You can indeed spec the 500 to the skies, but apart from the odd body stripe, alloy wheel or paint colour, all the launch cars in the media have been mainstream, plain Jane spec.
