AutoRama: Hot-rodding, chrome and speed return
Fri, 06 Mar 2009Chop, drop and roll--that's the unofficial motto at AutoRama, the 57th-annual festival of hot rods and custom cars in Detroit. Chop--as in slice the roof off your speedster with some unnatural surgery to the A- and C-pillars. Drop--as in drop the biggest motor you can find under the hood.

Wed, 16 Oct 2013By Martin Saarinen First Official Pictures 16 October 2013 16:00 Audi is unleashing a special edition TTS, with RS looks and lashings of equipment. The TTS Limited Edition commemorates the iconic Audi smashing the 500,000 sales barrier, in its fifteenth year on sale. Priced from £38,860 for the coupe and £42,320 for the roadster, the special TTS costs £2815 or £4115 more than its coupe or roadster equivalent, but Audi claims the cars get an extra £5665 of kit to tempt punters.
Hyundai ix35 FCEV Hydrogen Fuel Cell heading for Copenhagen
Tue, 25 Sep 2012Hyundai has announced that the Municipality of Copenhagen is taking delivery of 15 Hyundai ix35 FCEV as Hyundai roll out the FCEV. We recently reported that Hyundai are planning to have the hydrogen fuel cell powered ix35 – the ix35 FCEV – commercially available by the end of 2012, and that’s on track with the news that Copenhagen is taking fifteen ix35 FCEVs for its fleet. The decision by Copenhagen to take a small fleet of ix35 FCEVs is part of their quest to have a CO2-free city by 2015 (we assume that means all plant life will end), but the important thing is that running hydrogen cell cars round city roads will get rid of NOx and particulates – which is what really matters.
