Claims and Returns:

3zero3 MotorSports provides merchandise as pictured / described properly packaged to the carrier. If packages appear damaged on arrival, state condition of the package over your signature on the receipt, and notify the carrier immediately. Claims for damage must be directed to the carrier, FIRST, not to 3zero3 MotorSports. 

We will not accept unauthorized returns. Please contact us whenever there is a need for adjustment. Returned parts must be in clean, unused, original condition and in the original packaging. Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. As is industry standard, there are no refunds on electrical parts unless the part is deemed defective by 3zero3 MotorSports.
