You are looking at a DeSoto glove compatment door. I do not know if it is for a 40 or 41 DeSoto. The door itself is in solid shape, but cosmetically it can use some work. The chrome is peeling off. The open button on the glove compartment door does seem to work. There are also two tiny holes in the door toward the middle left. It looks like to me, there might of been an emblem there. I hope my pictures do most the talking, because I know nothing about cars. Once again the door is in solid shape, there are no soft spots in the metal.. Please feel free to email me with any questions, I will do my best to get you an answer, thanks!

Audi Urban Concept City Car - first photos It’s hard to know exactly what Audi plans to do with their City Car - theĀ AudiĀ Urban Concept – once they’ve rolled it out to the world at Frankfurt 2011. The Germans fettled the humble 911 Turbo into the race-spec 959, which showed how computers could sport brains as well as brawn. Meanwhile Honda showed the NSX, which became the first contender from the Orient.

Cadillac may get future rear-drive hybrids

Mon, 08 Feb 2010

General Motors' two mode hybrid powertrain, used only in trucks, will migrate to rear-drive cars in the next generation, said Tom Stephens, GM's vice chairman of global product operations. Two likely candidates: Cadillacs, says consultant Jim Hall of 2953 Analytics in suburban Detroit. Last month, GM said it is developing an electric motor that is 25 percent smaller and 20 percent more powerful than the motor used in today's two mode hybrid full-sized trucks.
