Desoto  Firedome V8 Hemi Crankshaft 10-10 Casting #1402624. 1952-1958  Manual Transmission or Automatic Transmission. This is an older reground crankshaft that sweated a little and got some surface rust on it. It will clean up easily with some fine scotch brite and solvent. The rear flange pilot hole is 1.940 on the very end and .922 on the little hole to accept the pilot bushing. Gohper crank listed as 2180 check out the application sheet in the pictures fits 276/291 Desoto engines.  8 bolt flange set for the slide in bolts. Thanks for looking and God Bless.   Bruce

The Motorcycle Industry Association of Germany (IVM e.V.) and the Trade Fair Munich/Intermot have decided to intensively take care of their young clients with several activities this year. As young people are no longer inspired by superb technology alone, but are impressed more and more visually, it is only logical to place a greater emphasis on the design of the bike in winning over young customers.

Walter de'Silva awarded medal for special services to Bavaria

Walter de'Silva has been awarded a medal for special services to the Free State of Bavaria. Volkswagen's head of group design was told in a letter from the Bavarian state minister of Federal and European Affairs Emilia Müller that he had "changed the form language and design culture of Germany as a vehicle designer," going on to praise his "outstanding achievement with the world-class company Audi". De'Silva says, "I am very pleased about this honor.

Will the power of the Veyron Super Sport (pictured) grow to 1500bhp? The rumours that the Bugatti Veyron would, at some point, get more than its original 100bhp or so have been around seen the Veyron first launched. Eventually, Bugatti delivered and we got the Veyron Super Sport – with 1200bhp – back in 2010 which was, inevitably, followed by the convertible version in the guise of the Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse sporting 1200bhp and a hole to let the sky in.
