Renault’s budget brand has hit at the hearts of cash-strapped motorists with two models, aimed at the mopping up sales in the space vacated by former budget brands like Hyundai and Kia, with the cracking little compact SUV Duster and the far from useless Sandero, and now it has a new car aimed at budget-conscious family motorists – the Dacia Logan MCV Estate. Toyota's quake-hit Yaris plant offline for at least another month

Workers have completed repairs at the factory and restored electricity, but the facility cannot get supplies of natural gas, a person familiar with the situation said. The assessment underscores the long road facing Toyota and other Japanese automakers in bringing plants back into full operation following the deadly quake, which killed more than 11,000 people, ruptured gas lines, shutdown electric grids and snarled logistics across half the country.
Hangover affects driving ability 'as much as being drunk'

Scientists at universities in the UK and the Netherlands found that the effects of a night's heavy drinking last longer than a measurable blood alcohol concentration and that hangover immunity is largely a myth. In research conducted at the University of the West of England, participants who had been drinking the night before undertook a 20-minute simulation of driving in a mixed urban and rural setting.
