Veritas RS III price confirmed +video
Fri, 14 Aug 2009The Veritas RS III will cost £295,000 and just 30 will be made The Veritas RS II is powered by BMW’s V10 from the M5, but with no ABS and no traction control, it’s going to be a hairy-chested drive. And you’ll probably need a set of goggles to stop every flying creature from being embedded in your eyeballs as the Veritas doesn’t even have a windscreen. The Veritas isn’t high on creature comforts either, and comes in a 1+1 configuration, with a cover over the passenger side that can be removed to take a brave passenger.
2009 Audi Q5 Review
Sun, 07 Dec 2008Cars UK [rating:4.5] Audi Q5 - The new mid-size 4x4 from Audi The Q5 is aimed in the sights of the BMW X3, although it is arguable that it will take sales from not just the mid range 4x4s, but also a number of the full-size ones; even its own Q7 is probably fair game. It would be wrong to think that the Q5 is, in essence, a re-badged Tiguan (the VW mid-size SUV offering). It’s not.
SsangYong Korando 4×4 gets cheaper with arrival of the Korando SX
Mon, 18 Jun 2012SssangYong has dropped the entry price for its 4WD C-Segment SUV Korando with the launch of the Korando SX. SsangYong is the Korean car maker that hasn’t yet quite managed to drag itself out of the bin marked ‘Oh, dear’, but the takeover of SsangYong by the deep-pocketed Mahindra and the launch of the seemingly convincing SsangYong Korando Crossover/SUV last year auger well. The Korando is aimed at cars like the Hyundai ix35 and Kia Sportage, and it seems a decent enough offering in a slightly generic way (even if it is penned by Giugiaro), with a 2.0 litre turbo diesel with a decent enough 173bhp and with a choice of auto or manual, FWD or 4WD.
