2012 SEAT Ibiza Facelift The 2012 Facelift for the SEAT Ibiza has been revealed, with new styling for the interior and exterior and a revised engine line-up. We may not actually get a public debut of the 2012 SEAT Ibiza until the Geneva Motor Show in March, but SEAT are previewing that public debut with details of the facelift and photos of the new Ibiza. All three body styles for the Ibiza get facelifted – the three-door SC, five-door hatch and Ibiza Estate (ST) – with the most immediately noticeable feature being a nose that looks like it came from the SEAT IBX Concept we saw at Geneva last year and which looks set to be the new face of SEAT.

Design Contest: Interior Motives Awards 2011

Shortlisted entries have been announced for the 2011 Interior Motives Student Design Awards. After individual deliberation by our panel of renowned senior designers, students being tutored at colleges in a diverse range of countries including Israel, the Czech Republic, Australia, Taiwan, Canada and China, as well as in the established centres of Europe, the USA and Japan/Korea, have made the 68-strong shortlist of potential winners. Scion introduces FR-S Release Series

Scion introduced the first FR-S Release Series car, “drawing on track heritage and the expertise of Toyota Racing Development" at the New York auto show. The biggest change on the FR-S Release Series is the custom-designed aerodynamic work, including the front lip, rear spoiler and side skirts. It also gets Toyota Racing Development quad exhaust, lowering springs and a smart key with push-button start.
