I REBUILT STARTED AND THEY TURN OVER WELL AND SEAM TO HAVE GOOD PSI.  IT IS NOT BEAT UP AND WILL MAKE A GOOD ENGINE WITH VERY LITTLE EXPENSE. I DO HAVE THE PAIR.
