That said: you are bidding on what you see in the photographs.
  • Please read the terms and conditions below. A bid will indicate you agree to the below.
  • I will post Feedback after receiving Feedback from buyer.
  • We will not be responsible for typographical errors.
  • Virtually all items are available for pick-up and elimination of shipping costs.
  • If I have knowledge of an item's working condition it will be indicated. Items I know to be non-functional, damaged or similar will be indicated as such and/or shown in photographs.
  • Please do not assume anything not stated or photographed.

  • Many of my items are close-outs, overstocks, previous years models, clearance items, etc.
  • Returns: If I ship the wrong item or the error is solely and entirely my own and/or if other remedies have been exhausted (see below), and will be prepaid in return by the buyer. Refund or replacement of the item is at my discretion.
  • In the event of shipping damage an insurance claim with the carrier is the first option. Buyer may elect not to purchase shipping insurance (in most, not all) of my auctions. No insurance, no claim; and I will not be responsible for uninsured shipping damage.
  • In the event of what seems to be a non-functioning item, defective, or item missing parts, etc., a warranty claim and/or contacting the manufacturer for troubleshooting assistance, exchange or return will be the first option. (Frequently manufacturers will exchange, replace, troubleshoot or send parts at no charge).
  • Many, but not all, of the items I sell are in original factory cartons and are shipped in same. I do NOT test or inspect many of them but assume them to be in working order if in the original packing. These are generally unopened but, after the end of an auction, I have sometimes found it helpful to add packing materials to help prevent damage in transit which, of course, requires opening the carton.
  • I will do my best to accommodate a buyers shipping request, however, the method and carrier may be changed if, in my experience, another provides better service, etc.
  • I frequently sell multiples of an item and re-use photos and descriptions rather than re-do an entire auction. You may not get the specific item photographed but another unit. Cartons or packages may be different than those photographed; the item will be the same. If packaging is critical, please advise and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
  • I want satisfied customers and expect my buyers will work with me to contact the necessary party concerning shipping, warranty's, parts, etc., or to resolve any other issues.
  • I am not expert in many of the items I sell. I'll do my best to answer questions, etc.
  • If an item is available for, and is sold outside the USA, the item is sold "As-Is"; please ask any question before bidding. Sales outside the USA require payment in full via PayPal in secure funds (no credit cards).

Sun, 20 Jun 2010

A love of Jaguars from childhood is a common theme among the Jaguarati and I am no different. My grandfather owned Jaguars for 50 years, each one bought from new and a treasured possession. I was incredibly impressed by these beautiful beasts, where only the crunch of gravel heralded his arrival, nothing as common as an engine note.
