Speed cameras to be switched back on

The mayor of Bristol has announced that speed cameras across the city will be switched back on after they were turned off two years ago. Mayor George Ferguson said that work will start in 2014 to re-commission the 26 speed and traffic light cameras that lost funding from central government in 2011. Ferrari revealed the California T on Wednesday, its next-generation front-engine convertible, prior to March's Geneva motor show debut. The company teased the vehicle last week. Details are scarce right now, but Ferrari says the T again has a retractable hardtop (it lowers in 14 seconds), boasts a new turbocharged V8 making 552 hp and 556 lb-ft of torque—Ferrari hasn't had a turbocharged production car since the legendary F40.
