THE GOOD NEWS - RIMS OVERALL ARE IN GREAT SHAPE AND SPIN TRUE. TIRES HAVE ABOUT 50% TREAD LEFT CHECK THE PICTURE AND HAVE NO MAJOR FLAWS IN THE RUBBER OVERALL. THE BAD NEWS - THEY NEED TO BE SAND BLASTED AS CHRYSLER RIMS ARE NOTORIOUS FOR THEIR CLEAR COAT CRACKING AND PEALING!!!!!!!

AFTER BEING PUT IN STORAGE, I FOUND THIS OUT THE HARD WAY. A FEW OF MY FRIENDS ARE PROFESSIONAL RIM REPAIR GUYS AND SAID THIS IS COMMON ON STORED RIMS BUT NOT A MAJOR DEAL AS THEY NEED TO BE SAND BLASTED AND CLEAR COATED. PLEASE CHECK THE PICTURES AS I TRIED TO SHOW AS MUCH DETAIL AS POSSIBLE. THE INSIDE OF THE RIMS HAVE SIMILAR CLEAR COAT ISSUES AS WELL. BMW i8 Spyder What looks set to be the BMW i8 Spyder, an open top version of BMW’s i8 eco supercar, has leaked ahead of a debut at the Beijing Motor Show. The gestation period for BMW’s i8 eco supercar started with the reveal of the BMW Vision ED Concept back in 2009, with a production concept – and the BMW i8 name – arriving last summer. And now, ahead of a debut at the Beijing Motor Show in April we get the first photos of the BMW i8 Spyder.

The BMW i3 EV tops Sunday Times best Electric Cars list Just as they did with the new Range Rover last year, the Sunday Times has declared the new BMW i3 EV the pick of the bunch of electric and hybrid cars on sale in the UK, despite the i3 not yet arriving on UK roads. But there seems a good chance that the Sunday Times have got it right this time too, just as they did with the new Range Rover. The Sunday Times praised BMW for biding its time with the launch of their first electric and range-extender car (the next, the BMW i8 supercar, will arrive in 2014) and said the i3′s big appeal lies not in its cutting edge electric motor or battery technology – because there isn’t any – but in its appeal as a car even without its EV powertrain.
