***The buyer agrees with the outline below by any action from the buyer that results in the completion of the purchase by selecting "Buy it Now", Sending an Accepted Offer, or placing a bid on an item. Any amended or new terms presented from the buyer on a “Best Offer” would override (only) the terms in direct relation that are detailed below, in the event the offer is accepted. 

Compatibility:

• Buyer is responsible for using the information posted in the pictures and the description to ensure compatibility or fit before purchasing. All information in this listing is intended to assist, but not conclude the exact item, fit, or model you are needing. If any additional information is needed, please be sure to request it. The buyer is responsible to double check.

Payment:

• Payment is due immediately for buy it now purchases.
• Payment is due no later than 48 hours after acceptance of a best offer or the end of an auction.
• 48 hours after the purchase, regardless of format, if the item is unpaid, an unpaid case will be automatically opened by eBay’s using their systems. Once an unpaid case is open; the transaction is considered void and is at the discretion of the seller whether to ship the item. The seller holds the right to try and resell the item once an unpaid case is opened. The buyer can message the buyer before making the payment on an unpaid case to ensure the item is still available.

Service:

• A pillar of our success stems from our desire to deliver exceptional customer service. Please do not hesitate to reach out directly to us in the event your item arrives damaged or with any issues that are not listed. We are a family run business and our goal is for both sides to benefit from every transaction made. In the event you are dissatisfied with your purchase and you are still within the set return time for the particular listing of either (0, 5, 14, or 30 days) please contact us to let us know. Again, we do not feel good about a transaction if the other side does not feel good about it.

Timeliness:

• Your item will be well packaged and sent via the delivery method listed or better. We advertise a 2 day max handling time, but most purchases are packaged and sent to the carrier same day or next business day. The only exception, we typically do not mail out on weekends or major holidays. Typically your item is processed in a careful but urgent manor regardless, but we are willing to get it to the carrier on a Saturday or eligible holiday if that's what is needed from the buyer, providing we are available on those days. We will do our best to deliver, but please note weekends and holidays are important to us for family time as well and we may be traveling or away from our inventory.

Shipping: (Outside of Continental United States and International Sales)

• Your item(s) will be shipped from the wonderful state of Arizona. The Listed shipping quote is for the Continental US (48) states only. Any sales outside of the 48 states are subject to necessary additional shipping costs. Please request a quote from us before purchasing if you reside outside. If you do not request a quote before purchasing and you are outside of the 48 states, please note that the item will be considered unpaid until all shipping is paid for and the item will not be sent out until it is fully paid. We will contact you with a request for the additional funds.
• All eligible international sales are directed via the eBay Global Shipping Center. For any items listed as "Free Shipping" that means you will get free shipping to the shipping center only. The buyer is responsible for any cost from the shipping center to their doorstep. This will be quoted to you upon final checkout.
• All orders that have a purchase price over $100 will require a signature upon delivery. You will be notified when your item is shipped, if it will require a Direct, Adult, or General signature. If you are not notified via eBay message; a signature will not be required. (No additional charge)
• If you are an eBay Buyer with limited posted feedback or a series of negative feedback; your item may require a signature upon delivery as well. You will be notified when your item is shipped if it will require a Direct, Adult, or General signature. (No additional charge)
• All tracking numbers will be uploaded at the time each postage label is printed to help you keep track of your order.

Shipping Damage:

• All orders over $100 will have additional insurance provided at no additional charge.
• Your participation may be required to complete any claims process starting with sending detailed pictures of the item and packaging to the seller.
• We strive to avoid this process all together by ensuring our items are well packed and protected! When this process is unavoidable, we then strive to keep the buyer out of the process as much as possible.
• We will initiate the claim as soon as we are notified and once the damaged items photos are delivered to us via eBay by you.
• We will work to keep you abreast of the progress of the claim. At our discretion and in most cases, we will complete your refund once assistance from you is no longer foreseeable.
