You are looking at a 1998.5-2007 Dodge Cummins 5.9L Diesel Billet Intake Grid Heater Delete for 4BT/6BT Cummins.

These grid heater deletes are 100% CNC machined in the U.S.A., by U.S. citizens, from 1 3/4" thick, solid 6061-T6 billet aluminum.  The final dimension is 1 5/8" tall, the exact same size as the original.

These plates are designed to remove the restrictive grid heater for much better airflow, quicker spooling turbo, lower EGT's, better mileage and more horse power.

As you can see from the second picture, the stock grid heater is very restrictive.  The plates solve that problem completely!

They will fit all B series Cummins with a removable grid heater.

They will not fit the 97 and early 98 trucks that have the grid heater built into the intake!

I am now also including 2 custom die cut gaskets with every purchase to make it a complete kit.  Nobody ever seems to have them in stock, so I am having them made from high quality NA1001 gasket material.

FREE USPS Priority shipping!  You will see them in 2-3 business days.

These delete plates are not made for colder climates.  They are designed more for the performance enthusiast that is trying to get every ounce of horse power out of their Cummins.

If you use this delete plate in cold climates, you will experience hard starts when below freezing unless you use a block heater.

Thanks for looking!!!

Europe's Car of the Year 2011 shortlist announced

Tue, 02 Nov 2010

The 41 contenders for Europe's 2011 Car of the Year trophy have been whittled down to the final seven as the European CoTY shortlist is announced today. The winner will be voted for by 59 of Europe's most influential motoring journalists, including two CAR writers: editor Phil McNamara and European editor Georg Kacher. The 2010 winner - by just 10 points ahead of the Toyota iQ - was the Volkswagen Polo. Like the Eurovision Song Contest, Car of the Year has proved controversial in the past with accusations of block-voting and blind patriotism, yet the award remains one of the most prestigious in the motor industry.
