Quality adjustable boost elbows made in the USA!

Our boost elbows are made from top quality materials to stand the test of time. They allow you to increase the boost output of your turbo above the stock setting. They install in place of the brass fitting on the turbo housing. It takes under 10 minutes to install. Raising your boost allows for more power, and lowered Exhaust Gas Temperatures (EGT's).

Our elbows will fit the HX35, HX40, s300 etc. with a rubber line between the turbo and wastegate actuator.  They won't fit turbos with a hard line. Our elbows are easy to adjust with a simple allen wrench. The precision metering orifice accurately controls bleed-down of the wastegate actuator while the rate adjustment screw controls the pressure differential. You can adjust your boost from the stock 23psi to over 40psi. Note: Be sure to install a boost fooler along with your elbow. If you don't, your ECM will sense an above-stock boost condition and derate your fuel system accordingly.

Unless otherwise requested, your elbow is shipped set with a moderate boost increase of 5 psi. The rate adjustment screw is coated with a non-hardening Type 2 Propanol sealant for maximum performance. Elbows are shipped prewrapped with teflon tape for immediate installation upon arrival.

WE CAN PRESET YOUR ELBOW AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE!!!

Just indicate your desired boost INCREASE on checkout in PayPal's "Note to Seller" section. For instance, if you are currently running at about 23psi and you want to be at 30psi, then you would request a 7psi boost increase. If no request is made, the elbow will be shipped with a boost increase setting of ~ 5psi.

New BMW M3 and M4 engine secrets laid bare

Thu, 26 Sep 2013

BMW's M division has lifted the veil of secrecy on the inline six-cylinder engine bound for its upcoming M3 sedan and new-to-the-range M4 coupe and convertible, revealing a potent twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter direct injection gasoline unit that produces an official 424 hp at 7,500 rpm and what officials describe as "significantly more than 369 lb-ft" of torque. The newly developed engine, known under the internal codename S55 B30, shares its 84.0 mm bore and 89.6 mm stroke with BMW's standard turbocharged 3.0-liter in-line six-cylinder direct-injection gasoline mill, the M55 used across the German car maker's lineup, endowing the aluminum block unit with an overall swept volume of 2,979 cc. This represents a sizeable 990 cc reduction on the engine BMW's M division's new unit replaces, the S65.
