Gaerte Engines has for sale: (1) Used Dodge Mopar cylinder head. It has casting number "P4510021" and "P45007428" is machined into it. There is also "C282-08" machined in one end of the head. There is "B7517-3" and "HT I1" under the valve cover area. The only other markings I see on this head is "1961" and "0500" casting marks under the valve cover area. I really don't know much about this head. What I do know about this cylinder head is the intake valves are 7mm stem diameter, 2.170" head diameter, 5.800" long with a 50 degree seat. The exhaust valves are 5/16" stem diameter, 1.600" head diameter, 5.760" long, with a 55 degree seat. The combustion chambers are 49cc. The front and rear intake ports measure 1.850 wide x 2.200" tall, the center 2 intake ports measure 1.550" wide x 2.200" tall. I believe this head is for a P7/R5 Chrysler Nascar engine.
