Listed is a NEW set of rings for the  Dodge-Plymouth engines from 1960-88. with a 3.910" bore. Check with your application if the pistons are later than 1984 as they may have different thickness rings. They have a moly filled top ring, and cast second ring, and chrome oil rings. Top ring 5/64" second ring 5/64" and 3/16" oil ring. They are the finest quality rings available. They also work better than any other brand in used or worn bores. Size is 3.910 Bore, 5/64" x 5/64" x 3/16". I reciently retired from my specialty engine rebuilding business of 50 years and I never had a ring failure or breakin problem with these rings.

NOTE: I used these 318 rings for the Chevy 283, 307, V8's and 4 and 6 cylinder straght engines with a worn 3 7/8" .030 ovs bore, but you might have to check and file end gaps a few thousands.

Dacia Logan Estate: Price from £6,995

Fri, 05 Apr 2013

The Dacia Logan MCV (Estate) becomes the UK’s cheapest estate car with prices from £6,995 – for the Logan MCV 1.2 Access trim – rising to £10,795. That’s £1,000 less than we’d expected when the Logan estate was revealed at Geneva last month, and cheap enough to make it the cheapest estate car on sale in the UK. True, the entry-level Logan estate in Access trim with the 1.2 litre 74bhp petrol engine, 15″ steel wheels and not a lot of toys, isn’t exactly specced up, but if you need a proper estate car – and you want it new – the Logan MCV (the MCV bit means ‘Maximum Capacity Vehicle) is a great deal.

Let Q modify your Aston Martin

Tue, 01 Apr 2014

We imagine there were really two options for naming Aston Martin's new personalization program: Q, or something boring like Amalgamated Personalisation & Colour Programme, complete with British spellings that will vex most spell-checking software and render it unsearchable in Google. Fortunately, Aston Martin has wisely decided to adopt the same name as the Quartermaster in Ian Fleming's "James Bond" novels -- a pure coincidence, we're told. Lucky owners of these customized machines will be able to tell their friends that it was Q who added a few special touches to their cars.

Pagani Huayra: The Why-Air-Ra is better in Red. And in the flesh

Tue, 01 Mar 2011

The Pagani Huayra on the Geneva floor. A picture in red carbon fibre Horacio Pagani has brought along his long-awaited replacement for the Zonda – the Pagani Huayra – to the Geneva Show floor. And it looks a lot better in the flesh than even the best of the Huayra photos we’ve seen so far.
