This newer design includes the 4 hole discharge which produces better fuel atomization by producing several finer streams of fuel instead of one large stream. This disperses over a larger area into the air intake stream and mixes better yielding more efficient combustion, resulting in better economy, better throttle response, and better performance. These are direct fit, no modifications required. These also handle modern fuel blends much better and are less prone to leaking internally and externally and these are less prone to sticking as well.

By FLOW MATCHING to 1% this ensures equal fuel distribution to all cylinders. Because most vehicles have one oxygen sensor for 4 cylinders ( as most v8's ) this means the computer cannot detect individual cylinders that are slightly leaner or richer than the others. So under heavy load or high speed, if one leaking injector causes the entire side of the engine to appear too rich, the computer can try to lean out that whole side to correct the problem, resulting in 3 cylinders running too lean and one still rich due to a leaking injector. This can be very dangerous to the longevity of the motor. So by ensuring equal flow to all cylinders this helps increase engine longevity especially in racing or off road vehicles.

1. Each injector is externally cleaned and inspected for any damage to the body, connectors, etc. that would render the unit inoperable
2. Each injector undergoes a state of the art ultra-sonic cleaning process which breaks down any deposits that have formed inside the injector that would cause it to stick open or close, or inhibit the mechanical function of the unit.
3. The injectors then get reverse flushed to remove any broken down deposits from inside the unit while the internal filters are removed.
4. Each injector is placed on our flow bench where it is checked for proper flow at static ( wide open ) and also checked at various different operating speeds to ensure it is functioning properly.
5. Each unit is tested for leaks under high pressure
6. Injectors are then grouped in matching sets within 1% variance based on the static flow measurement taken during flow testing
7. New filters are installed in each unit
8. Any old paint or surface rust is removed from all metal bodied injectors, then each injector is clear coated or repainted to protect the metal from future rust
9. All injectors are assembled with new o-rings, caps and filters based on the vehicle it is designated for.

Wed, 16 Mar 2011UK motor industry body the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) claims 56% of new cars sold in the UK during 2010 boasted carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions figures below 140g/km. New car emissions of CO2 continued to fall at an increased rate year-on-year, dropping 3.5% over 2009’s figures and representing a cumulative drop in new car CO2 emissions of 20.3% since 2000. The data comes from the release of the SMMT’s annual New Car Carbon Dioxide (CO2) report for 2011, out today. UK vehicle fleet CO2 continues to fall The presence of lower-polluting new vehicles in the overall UK vehicle parc (the total fleet of new and existing vehicles on the roads) has driven parcwide CO2 levels down 7.8% since 2000, and 2.7% since 2009. This is partly thanks to new vehicles, and also due to reduction of higher-polluting vehicles via legislation and scrappage incentive schemes. The overall reduction also comes in spite of an increased number of vehicles on the road, and greater average distances travelled compared to 2000. Diesel’s rise continues One notable trend has been market penetration of diesel-powered cars. In 2000 petrol powered cars held 85.9% of the market, with 14.1% diesels.
