DODGE RAM EMBLEM NAMEPLATE LETTERS OEM This auction is for Dodge Ram emblem nameplate letters - R A M. These are OEM taken off vehicles. All are in good used condition - no chips, missing paint or broken parts. Much brighter than my photos. I took a couple of photos in different lights and still can't get them to look bright like the actual emblem. They have normal wear and surface scratches. I have gently wiped them, but was afraid to clean really good - didn't want to mess up paint or scratch them. Old adhesive needs to be removed from back and replaced with new adhesive. Ford once planned to race fiberglass-bodied Mustang touring cars
Mon, 31 Mar 2014Tucked away on page nine of the May 9, 1964 issue of Competition Press and Autoweek is an intriguing little story: “FIA Rejects Ford Bid for Homolgation [sic].” At the time, the Mustang had just made its world debut, but Ford was already scheming to fold the car into its “Total Performance” campaign. The automaker apparently proposed to do so with a fleet of crazy fiberglass-bodied touring cars. According to Competition Press, Ford tried to get the new Mustang classified as a touring car for international racing.

Wed, 21 May 2014The new Mercedes C-Class Estate (pictured) revealed The new Mercedes C-Class arrived at the Detroit Auto SHow in January and looks to be properly appealing – a mini S-Class and strong competition for the BMW 3-Series. Now we get the 2015 Mercedes C-Class Estate, which takes the new C-Class in to the load-lugging sector with a capacious take on the fine attributes of the C-Class saloon. A C-Class saloon from the B-pillars forward, the new C-Class Estate grows to 4702mm and gets a 2840mm wheelbase, enough for an extra 45mm of legroom in the back and with 490 litre of room for stuff in the boot with the seats up and 1510 litres with them folded away, and there are more options in between with new seats that split 40/20/40 and can be moved electrically.
