TIME TO UPDATE: SHOCKS, FRONT END, REAR END, FRONT AXEL,REAR DIFFERENTIAL,BRAKE CANNISTERS ASSY HAVE BEEN SOLD I DID NOT REALIZE HIGH INTEREST THAT PARTS FOR THESE DODGE MOTORHOME CHASSIS' HAVE. I HAVE THE STEERING BOX, MASTER CYLINDER AND TRANSMISSION, WHICH WAS COMPLETELY REBUILT WITH PAPER WORK AND THE EMERGENCY BRAKE ON THE END OF THE SHAFT. I WAS TOLD THESE TRANNYS HAVE A DIFFERENT TAILSHAFT THAN OTHER TRANSMISSIONS. I HAVE A REBUILDABLE MOTOR THAT WAS RUNNING WHEN I REMOVED IT FROM THE COACH THAT I WOULD BE WILLING TO DISASSEMBLE FOR PARTS, HEADS, CRANK, BLOCK??? MODEL WAS A TM400. BUT I BELIEVE THIS WAS A M375 CHASSIS. I HAVE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS, 7 ONE PIECE RIMS/19.5 AND 7 NEVER USED BRIDGESTONE 19.5 TIRES. I CHECKED THE BUMPERS BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE BOTH FLAT BUT THE FRONT HAS A SLIGHT CURVE FROM SIDE TO SIDE, SO IT MIGHT FIT THE TRAVCO FRONT THIS AUCTION IS FOR DODGE HT413 REBUILT MOTOR ONLY This motor came out of a 1973 dodge 35" motorhome, This motor was totally rebuilt by National in the north end of Seattle at a cost of over $5000.00. The guy I bought it from raced cars and National did all his cars. He also had a Dodge motor home project that he bailed on. This is a special and hard to find Dodge big block HT413, specifically designed for the high temperature in these motorhomes. I have given up on the project and have cut up the frame and have the transmission (totally rebuilt), leaf springs (recurved and leaf added to carry travel weight. Both bumpers straightened and rechromed. Please realize that the motor comes with water pump, alternator, starter, exhaust manifolds, distributor and coils/plugs/wires. All new or rebuilt. I also had the 7 wheels turned and new centers installed to do away with the split rims available 19.5/ TRAVCO WHEELS 5 HOLE. THE RIMS COST APPROX. $1,000.00 TO BE MADE AND THE TIRES COST $235.00 EACH PLUS MOUNTING AND BALANCING. THE RIMS AND TIRES HAVE NEVER BEEN USED. WE ARE IN THEM APPROX. 3,000.00. WE ARE NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT OFFERS OF $100.00 EACH. I WILL PALLATIZE AND DELIVER THE TIRES/RIMS TO A LOCAL SHIPPER FOR NO CHARGE. THE WEIGHT OF THE RIM AND TIRE IS APPROX. 150 LBS EACH. THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE MOTOR ONLY. IF THER IS ANY INTEREST IN THE ITEMS I WILL LIST THEM. FEEL FREE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS OR ASK FOR PHOTOS I have turned this motor over periodicaly and is in perfect condition, zero miles. I have a stand and am willing to bolt to stand, shrink wrap and pallatize for $75.00. The price even with shipping is far less than you would pay today, this a big block dodge , a better replacement for that 440 you have now, same block as the rat 426 I keep getting emails from uninformed people who think that the rebuild cost is too high...look this is not a Shucks short block Chev, this is a rare HT413,the rebuilt heads are worth $1000.00. I am selling at the price because shipping is so high. The motor that came out of the motorhome originally actually ran fine, someone should snag this for a spare as I said the heads are extremely valuable. Thanks for your time. Shipping is winners responsibility,I will help as much as possible PLEASE IGNORE SHIPPING COST AS EBAY SAYS I MUST LIST 1,SELECT PICK UP AS OPTION WHEN PAYING Thanks for your interest |

Autoweek America Adventure: The search begins
Fri, 28 Oct 2011I sit in a darkened hotel room near the Oregon coast waters. The noise I hear sounds like a loud industrial air-conditioning unit in a marginal, national hotel chain. It could not be further from that: The constant thrum is the crashing of Pacific Ocean waves on the beach, no more than 200 yards outside the hotel room.
Lamborghini Huracan Driving Simulator goes live on Lamborghini’s site
Sat, 22 Mar 2014Lamborghini’s driving simulator for the Huracan (pictured) The Gallardo’s long-awaited replacement – the Lamborghini Huracan – finally arrived just before Christmas after a long and tedious tease. But it was worth the wait and putting up with Lamborghini’s feeble attempts at a viral tease. With looks that draw the Huracan in to the family design of the Aventador, permanent 4WD and 602bhp from its 5.2 litre V10, the Huracan promises a decent fight for the Ferrari 458 and McLaren 12C (or should that be the McLaren 650S?) with 0-62mph in 3.2 seconds and over 200mph.
