2007-2009 DODGE SPRINTER SERVICE MANUAL ON CD ROM. This covers the NCV3 models with V6 TURBO DIESEL and V6 Gasoline. This is the OEM Dodge dealer service manuals, troubleshooting manuals, and wiring diagrams on CD ROM. I acquired these from a large fleet that cancelled their Sprinter. I originally provided consulting work, diagnostic tools, and training to these guys, so I was able to acquire some of their equipment and technical materials to cover part of what they owed me for my work.

This covers Dodge, Mercedes-Benz, and Freightliner Sprinters from 2007 model year to 2009 model year, as well as the majority of repair operations on 2010 and 2011 models. It does not cover the Bluetec system and the changes to the engine emissions system on 2010 and 2011 MB Sprinters, but does cover the transmission, brakes, body, other electronics, major engine mechanical, etc. For 2007-2009 models, this CD is complete coverage of all repairs, tests, and wiring diagrams. This CD was produced in 2007, but Sprinters had no real changes from 2007-2009. There is a long thread on the Sprinter-Source forum about this, and Dodge actually removed data from 2008 and later CDs.

This is the same repair manual, troubleshooting info, and wiring diagrams that the Dodge dealers had. It covers every aspect, system, component, and repair job on Sprinter vans.

This is a 2007 model year CD, but it covers 2007-2009 models as Dodge didn't make significant changes during those model years.

This is $199.99 plus tax and shipping on Techauthority and is still for sale there. These CDs are new old stock (made in 2006/2007) in sealed packages. I have blacked out the fleet info tag on the bag, which showed who they were originally sent to, but otherwise they are factory new. Some of the CD labels are brighter than others, but I think that this is due to Dodge's original printing process. Sorry for the bad pic, the glossy plastic covers make it impossible to take a good picture due to the flashback.

IMPORTANT: This uses Microsoft Internet Explorer with ActiveX enabled to run. I have opened and tested a copy on Win7, Win Vista, and Win XP. Mac Users: There is a thread on the Sprinter-Source forum where some users say they can get this to work on a Mac. I don't have access to a Mac to test it, but I don't see why someone couldn't make it work. As listed in the instruction link below, it does not work with Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or any other browser due to the ActiveX architecture from Microsoft that was used to create it.

Internet Explorer 10 and Windows 8 users: This has not been tested yet with Windows 8, so I don't know what settings to change in Internet Explorer or in Windows for compatibility. Theoretically, it should work as Internet Explorer 9 is listed as the same for Windows 8 and Windows 7, but I do not have a Windows 8 installation to test for certainty. Right now, assume this is for Windows XP, Windows Vista (yuck!), or Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 9 or earlier only and I will update the install instructions if Windows 8 compatibility can be verified and it is reliable. It recently was tested with Internet Explorer 10 and it did not work reliably with the IE9 instructions in my install instructions, so I cannot list it as compatible with IE10. Note: It only works on 32 bit versions of Internet Explorer, which are common. The 64 bit versions are not normally installed unless someone is a geek, but are common with IE10 and you don't necessarily know which version you have, since Microsoft does a pretty bad job of telling you which version they installed. This is why I would suggest to revert back to IE9 as this is reliable.
