Tue, 28 Feb 2012The Kia K9 arrives for Korea The new Kia K9 has been revealed as Kia’s new range-topping saloon for the Korean market. The K9 is a production version of the KH Concept. The Kia KH was teased a couple of weeks ago as Kia’s new flagship car for its home market, and this morning, to no ones surprise, the KH has been revealed as the new Kia K9, a moniker that won’t be used in overseas markets for obvious reasons (woof, woof).

Wed, 04 Apr 2012The Fisker Atlantic prototype, developed under the codename Project Nina, has been officially unveiled at a special VIP event on the eve of the New York motor show. This luxury extended-range four-door sedan, described by Fisker as a design prototype, is aimed at young families, and uses the same hybrid plug-in as the Fisker Karma. A standout feature of the Atlantic is the rigid ‘spider' structure, which allows for a generous amount of rear headroom for a fastback car as well as maximizing the light entering the cabin while offering increased visibility to the car's surroundings.
Production of U.S.-spec Lotus Exige and Elise to end in August
Thu, 09 Jun 2011The end is near for production of U.S.-specification versions of the Lotus Elise and Exige sports cars. Lotus said on Thursday that it will pull the models from the United States because the airbags no longer meet safety standards. Rules require cars to have smart airbags, which adjust deployment for the speed of impact.
