I do not know ??? On the thermostat is stamped the following: (ILL U.S.A. 3-59 DV-3H 180) The center "copper" piece stamped A59- 180. I have tested the thermostat in a pot of water on a stove. It starts to open around 175 with full open around 182 degrees. On cool down reaches full closed again around 175. Function test performed twice before listing.
