Faulty airbags cause recall of 3.4 million cars

Toyota, Honda and Nissan are recalling more than 3 million vehicles made between November 2000 and March 2004 for faulty airbags from parts supplier Takata, Automotive News reported on Thursday. So far, 1.73 million Toyotas, 1.14 million Hondas, and 480,000 Nissans are involved in the recall. But the report from Automotive News suggests Takata also supplied other manufacturers with the same airbags.

Honda readies FCEV Concept for LA Auto Show

Honda revealed a sketch of its fuel-cell electric vehicle (FCEV) Concept on Nov. 11 ahead of the upcoming LA Auto Show. Honda says the concept points to a potential styling direction for the production version of the high-tech vehicle, which is slated to launch in 2015.

The Interwebs have been full of speculation about a new Koenigsegg in the last few days – the Koenigsegg One:1 – which has surfaced after a brochure scan for the One:1 was leaked online (above). The general consensus has been that the One:1 is a new customisation programme for Koenigsegg, allowing buyers to customise their cars in an even more extreme way.
