If you need to return a part for any reason, just return the complete part in its original unused condition, with all original packaging and instructions, within 14 days of purchase for a full part refund. Don't paint or modify the part in any way, install it or throw the box away until you are sure you have the right part.
We will refund 100% of purchase price for the part itself, however we cannot accept responsibility for any other costs, such as labor or shipping. (Please note that there are a few special orders and discontinued items that we cannot take back, and they are identified in our catalog as No Return.

Returns must be sent to the correct address with our return instructions in the package to receive credit. The parts must be complete, undamaged and in their original undamaged box. Cores must be returned in the box the new part came in. The manufacturer's box must be in a shipping box to prevent damage to the original manufacturer's box.
We do not refund shipping charges unless we made a mistake and sent you the wrong part. For all other returns, we will deduct shipping charges from your refund. Just hours ahead of the official reveal of the McLaren P1 supercar we have a new set of photo showing more of the P1. We’ll have to wait until tomorrow for any technical details of what McLaren has put under the skin of the P1, but we do now have far more P1 photos to make a judgement on how it looks. The first three photos showed us the backend, side view and front three quarters of the P1, but now we get to see the P1 in almost all its glory in these new photos.

Audi denied suggestions that its new A1 entry-premium car is losing sales because it is priced too high. Audi dealers and industry observers believe the A1 is failing to attract an expected rush of customers because it costs too much for its target group of young people, according to Automobilwoche. The A1's starting price is 15,800 euros ($20,873) in Germany.
