Mon, 27 Sep 2010Porsche Cajun - the baby Porsche Cayenne It seems like the car world has been predicting a ‘baby’ Porsche Cayenne ever since the original stepped on to the world stage in 2003. The baby Cayenne has long been dubbed ‘Roxster’, but it appears it will in fact be the Porsche Cajun. VW boss Martin Winterkorn – who by default is now Porsche’s boss – has been giving Der Spiegel the benefit of his thoughts on all things car, and in particular all things VW.
Skoda Fabia & Skoda Roomster (2010) facelift at Geneva
Wed, 24 Feb 2010The 2010 versions of the Skoda Fabia and Skoda Roomster will be at Geneva Skoda are taking the term ‘Facelift’ quite literally with the 2010 Skoda Fabia (and 2010 Skoda Fabia Estate) and the 2010 Skoda Roomster. They’ve grafted on a new nose for both in a facelift for the models which will debut at the Geneva Motor Show next week. Skoda say that the new nose “…accentuates the cars’ width, with a totally redesigned face that gives both cars a more dynamic look, increasing their road presence.” So there.
Lamborghini LP560-4 Superleggera coming?
Fri, 18 Sep 2009What appears to be a Lamborhgini LP560-4 Superleggera out testing But if the photo above is anything to go by it looks as if Lamborghini is planning a Superleggera version of the LP560-4 sooner rather than later. Which would work out pretty well for Lamborghini as they have rashly declared that they will deliver a new car at every road show, and with the replacement for the Murcielago cars – LP640/LP650-4/LP670-4 – still some way off, this could be a good solution. They’ve run out of new cars for shows after revealing the Lamborghini Reventon Roadster this week at Frankfurt, so they need to get a bit of a hustle on before the next major show if they’re going to keep their promise.
