BMW's iconic Art Cars visit New York's Grand Central Station
Wed, 08 Apr 2009New Yorkers were treated to a free exhibition of four of BMW's most famous Art Cars, which were part of a display in Grand Central Station last week. Over the years, leading artists have been commissioned to paint whatever they wish on a car and many have accepted, from Alexander Calder to David Hockney. There are 16 cars currently in the collection.

And here it is – the Vauxhall Insignia Country Tourer. Actually, Vauxhall hasn’t managed to get their Box Brownies out yet so what we’ve got are photos of the Opel version of the Country Tourer, but bar the badges they’ll be the same.
Aston Martin Cygnet concept (2009) first official photos

Based on the Toyota iQ, and sharing the majority of its mechanicals and interior architecture with the Japanese city car, the Cygnet is a major deviation from Aston Martin’s bread and butter luxury supercars.
