Most speed cameras on the M25 have not worked for five years, according to a report in the Sunday People newspaper. Of the 117-mile stretch of London’s orbital motorway, only 3.2 miles between Junctions 2 and 3 in Kent is covered by working cameras. The British sports-car maker confirmed on Friday that the V12 Vantage--packing 510 hp and 420 lb-ft of torque--will be sold in North and South America. This is a reversal from a year ago, when Aston tantalizingly showed off the car and promptly said it wasn’t coming here.
