It may have a daft name - let's face it, driving a car called a Teewave does sound terrifically uncool - but Gordon Murray Design's latest creation is a very important vehicle. The Teewave AR1 not only showcases the Surrey-based company's design and engineering capabilities that elevate it to full design studio status, but also illustrates the very sweet spot where engineering integrity, lightweight material and want-one design meet. Chrysler 300 owners love the bling, and Chrysler isn't about to let the aftermarket snap up all that accessory cash. To compete, Chrysler's Mopar parts arm is introducing eight new custom grilles and six new wheel designs for the big sedan. Chrysler designed the grilles as inserts, to fit within the original grille surround.

Chrysler says it has Wrangler hard-top shortage covered

Chrysler Group says it has solved the problem that caused a shortage of hard tops for Jeep Wranglers. Michael Manley, CEO of the Jeep brand, said there will be two production increases of the hard tops--one in early April and the second in late April. “We’ve been working to increase hard-top capacity,” Manley said at a Jeep event Thursday.
