Australian auto culture magazine, Fuel, has created this beautiful short film, Factory 6, featuring an interview with Melbourne-based, Detroit-raised Ford Chief Designer, Craig Metros. The film explores the shared Melbourne workshop space in which Metros and five other designers work on a number of automotive and art projects in their spare time. It offers a great insight into his inspirations, his feelings on making the jump from Detroit to Melbourne and how it feels to have fulfilled a childhood dream.

Ford B-Max to go in to production

Ford are to begin production of the Ford B-Max crossover. The Iosis Concept (pictured) gives us a clue on how it will look. It’s been a while coming, but it looks like Ford’sĀ replacementĀ for the Fusion is now ready to go in to production in Romania as the Ford B-Max, sitting below the newly sorted S-Max and looking to take on the likes of the new Vauxhall Meriva.
