Brand new in the box. Boxes do have shelf wear, but are you buying these for the box they come in? I just installed a set in my Town and Country as they are what Chrysler installed at the factory. I learned my lesson on installing spark plugs that were not originally installed at the factory, even if cross referencing shows they are correct.
