Douglas Aircraft Tachometer Indicator P/N 8DJ81LXF2
This is a tachometer indicator used on Douglas aircraft and possibly other types as well. This one has a parts tag showing removal from N945F on 9/19/03 during tear down and has been in storage since. It is in good condition without damage to the housing or connector. The glass is not cracked and needle is in place. The data plate reads INDICATOR ELECTRICAL TACHOMETER 0-110%, MFRS PART NO. 8DJ81LXF2, GENERAL ELECTRIC. It is not tagged and I have no way to test it so it will be listed AS IS. Thank you for looking and please see our many other aviation auctions. Maserati GS Zagato
Fri, 20 Apr 2007This is a the one-off Maserati GS Zagato commissioned by the entrepreneur Paolo Boffi and due for its public debut at the Concours d'Elegance at the Villa d'Este, Italy on the 20th April, a year after the debut of the Zagato-designed Ferrari 575GTZ. This Zagato design is based on the platform of the Maserati Spyder which itself is based on a shortened platform of the recently replaced Coupe. The GS consciously evokes the classic Maserati A6 G Zagato of 1954 in its form, and like that design also has an all aluminium body.
