Estate liquidation find Douglas began Skymaster C-54 production in November of 1942 The plant closed in October of 1945 The Chicago Aircraft Assembly Plant at Douglas Field which became O'Hare airport produced 655 of the C-54 cargo planes for WWII The C 54 design then became the basis for the DC 4 It looks like all of this is in never used condition All are untested... because I don't have a C-54 Skymaster to test them on....... Wed, 23 Jan 2013Nissan has revealed that the LEAF EV will be reduced in price by £2500 with immediate effect and ahead of the launch of the uprated 2013 LEAF. The world hasn’t exactly fallen in love with electric cars, which has as much to do with the fact that an electric car, with its limited range, is never going to be a replacement for a normal ICE car. But compounding the impracticality of the EV as a replacement for the ICE car is the very high prices car makers are charging for electric cars, the sort of prices that mean buyers will probably find the ‘Cheap to Fuel’ EV a more costly option than fuelling a much cheaper comparable iICE car with petrol or diesel.

Lexus reveals 2013 GS sedan, launches new styling direction
Thu, 18 Aug 2011Lexus on Thursday pulled the wraps off the redesigned 2013 GS sedan, revealing a sharper look that was previewed last spring with the LF-Gh concept car. The 2013 Lexus GS rides on a new rear-drive platform, although the car's wheelbase and exterior dimensions are nearly identical to the current car. Under the hood is a 3.5-liter V6 rated at 306 hp and 277 lb-ft of torque--marginally better than the output of the current Lexus GS 350.
