The forks are pitted - not where the seals run, just cosmetically above triple clamp. Exhaust is pitted in some areas, but must have been repainted and cleaned up. Great working parts, but not cosmetically perfect. Bike ran strong through the gears and rpm range. Clutch did not slip. Choke button pops back in unless you pull it firmly out. Bike idles and runs good. No other fuel system issues. Battery is shot, so it idles rough on start up and lights dim until it gets a surface charge - which it does. Suspension is tight and damping is good on both ends. Id be comfortable with any parts from this bike on my own DR. The seat is missing the passenger strap, but seat itself looks great. Check for other parts from this bike at seller:recycledandsaved ebay store.  I may have the part you need and just haven’t been able to list it yet.  If you don’t see what you need, text me at the number in my return policy.   


Look the pics over, watch the video and make sure you are getting the part that matches what you need and that you are comfortable with what is included and condition.  They came off my 1990 DR350SE.  The DR350 was pretty much the same for its entire product run, but if yours is a different year, it wouldn’t hurt to check part numbers before buying.  I don’t guarantee that they fit on any other bike but 1990.


I didn’t clean up parts. You see them them as I took them off.  They may be dirty or greasy, but there is nothing worse than getting what you thought was a pristine part and finding out the seller “touched it up” with paint or marker. The pics are the parts you will get as you will get them.

Lamborghini reports drop in profits

Lamborghini has announced a pre-tax loss of £32m for 2009 as the world recession led to a slump in supercar sales. Lambo delivered 1515 supercars last year, down 38% from 2008's 2430.  Turnover dropped 41% to £215m. It's a far cry from the dizzy heights of the boom years.

And that doesn't include the powertrain, of which there's a clever-clogs new supercharged V8. The new Range Rover heads up a trio of renewed Land Rovers – and it'll arrive in August 2009, a few weeks before the similarly refreshed Discovery 4 and Range Rover Sport.

Skoda Octavia GreenLine – UK Release

The Skoda Octavia GreenLine has been released in the UK The trouble is, there’s not a huge amount to say. You can already guess that the tweaks to get the CO2 emissions down and the mpg up are going to run along the same lines as everyone else’s Ec-Cars. Think what Ford has done with the ECOnetic or VW with the BlueMotion and you won’t be far wrong.
