Mercedes E63 AMG Drifting at Brooklands

The 525bhp Mercedes E63 AMG gets blatted round the Brooklands track in the video below When you produce a mid sized saloon car with a great big 6.2 litre V8 you can be pretty sure that when journalists get the chance to play they’re going to be a little exuberant with your car. Classic Car Boot Sale returns to London

Fans of vintage cars, fashion and memorabilia will have all their wishes met at next month’s Classic Car Boot Sale, returning to London’s Southbank Centre. Following the inaugural event last year that attracted over 8,000 visitors this year’s event has been extended over Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th March. Located along the riverfront at Southbank Centre between the Queen’s Walk, Hungerford Bridge and Jubilee Gardens, the Classic Car Boot Sale will have an interesting mix of fashions, homeware and memorabilia, all sold from the boots of classic cars.

Mercedes Concept Coupe SUV is the new Mercedes ML Coupe (MLC)

The Mercedes Coupe Concept SUV (pictured) will debut in Beijing Cars UK reported back in 2011 that a Mercedes ML Coupe (perhaps the Mercedes MLC) was in the planning to take on the BMW X6, and Mercedes confirmed as much when they revealed will build a fifth model at its US plant in Alabama. Mercedes plan to start building their fifth model in Alabama in 2015, and today’s reveal of the Mercedes Concept Coupe SUV – which will debut at the Beijing Motor Show – is the first public step on the way to a coupe version of the M-Class – and the battle to steal sales from the BMW X6. Mercedes aren’t saying much about the Concept Coupe SUV, but they do say it’s a sportily-styled coupe SUV and provide a first look at a series production car expected next year.
