Return Policy
Return new, unused items within 30 days from the order date. All returns must have the original tags and product packaging in new condition. If the returned item is in used condition with tags unattached, your item may be returned to you COD or refused. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.Please ship in a separate shipping box (not product box). To avoid shipping damage, place helmet in helmet bag, open side down in the helmet box.eBay has changed the return process. Please use the eBay Returns option. Lost / Shipping Damage / Defective Items: Please notify us if your package is lost or damaged. To expedite the damage claim process, please send us a picture of the shipping damage or defect. If it is shipping damage, send us pictures of the shipping box immediately after receiving your item. Also contact your delivery service immediately to report the shipping damage.
