FREE SHIPPING - is to Lower 48 States only. We use USPS and FedEx for shipping and will choose which shipping method to send the item. Most fragile items or items over 3 to 5 LBs are shipped via FedEx unless item fits in a USPS Regional or Flat Rate Box. FedEx does not ship to Post Office Boxes. To purchase any item you must have a valid street address active in your eBay account. Your active eBay shipping address is where the package will be sent. We don't ship to foreign customers, that are in countries not affiliated with eBay Global Shipping Program. We absolutely will not ship to any customer, where we know the package will be diverted or reshipped to a destination country that is politically hostile to the United States. EXPRESS SHIPPING - we offer express shipping via FedEx Standard Overnight. All items purchased before 11:00 AM EDT will be dropped off at FedEx same day. Items purchased after 11:00 AM EDT may be dropped off at FedEx the following day.
EASY RETURNS - We have a 30 day return policy on all items regardless of reason. Just send us an eBay message or call 757-718-1598 and explain why you are returning the item so that we may better help others in the future. We ask that you, not open a case against us for a simple return. This harms our reputation and raises our eBay fees so that we must charge more for items in the future. However, the item must be returned in the same condition as received. All Coins shipped in 2x2s or flips will be tamper sealed. Coins must be returned with original tamper seals in place. We document all serial numbers on all items (including slabbed coins) the same serial number must be returned.
