Up for your consideration is this fabulous Harwood Brand fiberglass hood scoop. Factory tag shows it is made in Tyler, Texas and is a model #3156 made on April 8th, 1994. The tag also has the numbers 1 1/2, 2, 3, and 4 with the "2" circled. This scoop has 4 spring loaded attaching pins for quick lift off from the hood and they all work perfectly. Base measures 18 3/4 X 11 1/2 inches and the opening in the top is 8 3/4 X 5 inches. Paint has some scratches in it and has one very small surface chip in the leading edge of the scoop opening and on the corners of the base. Has "ALBUQUERQUE" on front and rear. The big black marks on the front above albuquerque and on the sides are just rub marks in the paint. The chip in the paint which looks like a ding in the fiberglass is the size of a #2 pencil eraser on the top to the very rear of the scoop. There are no cracks in the fiberglass anywhere. Just needs stripped of this paint and minor surface chips fixed and redone in your color scheme. Awesome for that gasser or funny car!!

Qoros GQ3: Chinese rival for the Ford Focus revealed
Sun, 23 Dec 2012The first of a new range of cars from the Chinese Qoros brand – the Qoros GQ3 – has been revealed ahead of a debut at Geneva 2013. Three months ahead of that reveal Qoros has jumped in with a reveal of their first offering and some details about what it has on offer. Unsurprisingly, the reality is somewhat less exciting to look at than the dynamic-looking teaser image we saw last month. Planned to go on sale in both China and Europe during 2013 the Qoros GQ3 is aimed at young buyers, although why any car company would build a C-Segment saloon and expect young buyers to lap it up in Europe is beyond us.
Lotus won’t be sold – Bahar suspended over expenses

There’s been a lot of show and not much real go since Dany Bahar took over at Lotus. Grandiose plans launch a whole range of supercars from a small niche manufacturer in the flatlands of Norfolk was always a strange call, and the sort of bills loss-making Lotus seems to be meeting make, on the face of it, little commercial sense.
