Mercedes G63 AMG: Details, photos & video
Fri, 20 Apr 2012Mercedes G63 AMG Ahead of a debut at the Beijing Motor Show next week, we have the first photos and video of the Mercedes G63 AMG. Last week we reported that Mercedes are adding a pair of AMG models to the top of the new G Class range, with the V8 G63 AMG and the G65 AMG offering astonishing performance from a car that’s been around almost as long as Bruce Forsyth. Preserving this year's hits as the museum pieces of the future is one of the great backroom issues of the auto industry. If you need to see the first wood-paneled Honda Civic Country station wagon from 1980 for some good reason, Honda has one in storage in Japan.
Porsche Cayenne S V8 Diesel on the way

The original Cayenne Diesel always seemed a bit of a let-down for a Porsche, even a diesel Porsche. The market imperative was there, no doubt, but the performance was not exactly stunning.
