Competition Proven To Deliver Performance & Protection

  • Lowers Operating Temperatures
  • Reduces Friction For Max Power
  • High Shear Race Protection
  • Extended Change Internals

Used by top race teams in every rear end differential, this unique synthetic gear oil reduces operating temperatures by up to 15°F compared to other brand gear oils. Proven durability on short tracks and road courses. Viscosity typical of 75W-110. Formerly referred to as Synthetic Gear Oil.

Temperature Reduction: Our synthetic gear oils and transmission fluids reduce operating temperatures by more than 15° F compared to others on the market.

Reduced Friction: For reduced friction and 500 mile durability, choose Driven Gear Oil 75W-85 to provide race proven durability in 9" and quick change rear gears.

Shear Stability: Shear stability does not just apply to engine oils; Driven Gear Oils also provide shear stable viscosity for outstanding gear durability. Even after six hours of running, Driven Gear Oils maintain their viscosity. Providing increased durability and reduced temperature and friction – Driven products deliver proven performance gains, and our selection of gear oil viscosities allows you to optimize your qualifying and race performance just by swapping gear oils. Short qualifying sessions do not allow oils to reach normal operating temperatures. As a result, fluid drag is much higher, and that slows your qualifying lap. These low engine, transmission and rear end temperatures during qualifying permit the use of lower viscosity engine, transmission and rear gear oils to improve lap time and gain valuable starting positions.

Lamborghini Aventador: Are gearbox problems delaying deliveries of LP700-4?

Sat, 12 Nov 2011

Lamborghini Aventador at Goodwood this year We first started to wonder if Lamborghini were having problems with the Aventador a few weeks ago, when a friend of Cars UK told us that his LP700-4 – which he’d been told was in build in September and due at his dealers in October – was mysteriously bumped until April 2012. To say he was unhappy is an understatement. So we did the right thing and called Lamborghini.

Mon, 08 Aug 2011

Customers in New York and California will be the first to take delivery of the 2012 Focus EV, according to a message posted on a Focus Forum from Ford marketing. That also explains some new material from the company which says, "2012 Focus electric; coming spring 2012." The Focus will launch in 19 markets, including Chicago, Detroit and Seattle, but it will hit the coasts first. In the www.myfocuselectric.com forum, Ford's electrified-vehicles marketing manager David Finnegan broke the news.

GM, Chrysler get cold shoulder from consumers, report says

Fri, 20 Mar 2009

General Motors and Chrysler clearly have an image problem. In a classic case of: "It's not me--it's you," fewer consumers are considering the two Detroit automakers in the wake of their pleas for government assistance and bankruptcy rumors. The share of buyers who would make a GM car their primary choice fell 12 percent, and the share of Chrysler intenders dropped by one third, according to a study released Thursday by CNW Research of Bandon, Ore.
