Drop Engineering 2009+ Nissan 370Z Transmission Mounts are assembled from 6061 aluminum and 304 stainless steel.  The transmission mounts also come equipped with rigid polyurethane bushings that have a durometer of 75, to more efficiently transfer your vehicle's power to the wheels.

When you accelerate, there is a noticeable lag created with OEM transmission mounts due to movement of the motor. Vehicles outfitted with a Drop Engineering 370Z Transmission Mount will see quicker engine response and easier shifting even at a higher rpm. A Drop Engineering 370Z Transmission Mount kit is an ideal upgrade for any driver looking for improved performance, but is also highly recommended when installing a new motor as a replacement for worn out factory mounts.

Vauxhall Astra GTC 2011 / 2012 revealed

Tue, 26 Apr 2011

Vauxhall Astra GTC - the 3 door Astra will be revealed in June Actually, we’re not sure we should really have called this a reveal of the new Vauxhall Astra GTC. It’s more the reveal of the production version of the GTC Concept we already saw at the Paris Motor Show last year. Surprisingly, the Astra GTC manages to hang on to quite a bit of the style of the GTC Concept, such as the blistered wheel arches and the deep grill, although the usual conpcety stuff – like oversized alloys – have had to bite the dust.

Is the Citroen DS6 on its way after all?

Sat, 15 Feb 2014

The Citroen Numero 9 Concept (pictured) perhaps previews the new DS6 There have been very strong hints from Citroen for some time that the end of the Citroen C6 wasn’t the end of bigger Citroens, even if big Citroens have a history of only really selling well in France. That always made sense because Citroen now has a new market that appreciates bigger cars, particularly bigger cars that have smaller engines, and that’s China. We thought a DS6 was on its way in 2012 when  Citrone revealed a teaser photo on its Facebook page.

And there was us thinking those pretty LEDs at the front end of recent Audis (and others) where just a bit of bling. It transpires that the new V10 version of the Audi R8 is to be the first car in the world to be fitted with LED headlights. So what, you may say?
