Honda CR-Z – production ready at Detroit

Honda has revealed the production-ready CR-Z at the Detroit Motor Show Honda are very keen to catch up with Toyota in the hybrid car wars. The Honda Insight was their answer to the Prius (although better looking it was even more woeful to drive than the Prius) and Honda are now looking to move in to the ‘Sporty’ Hybrid market with the Honda CR-Z. Honda revealed the CR-Z back in October at the Tokyo Motor Show, and did the usual new model think of labeling it as a concept.

Aston Martin V8 Vantage pricing announced

After all, even the entry-level sybarite doesn't want to feel abandoned by the luxe maestros in Gaydon, and Gaydon doesn't want them to feel slighted. We previously mentioned the upgraded self-shifting transmission, which receives a seventh gear, as well as the quicker steering ported over from the Vantage S.

Lexus LF-LC turns blue for Australian motor show

Lexus has changed the color of its LF-LC for the 2012 Australian motor show in Sydney. We first saw the LF-LC in January at the 2012 Detroit auto show where it appeared in deep metallic red. To spice it up for the Australian show, Lexus has sprayed the exterior Opal Blue, inspired by the base color found in the naturally occurring semi-precious opal stone found in the Australian outback.
