THIS IS A BLACK ABS DUAL 2 1/16 GAUGE POD. IT WAS MOUNTED ON THE DASH OF A 1985 VW GOLF I BOUGHT. THERE IS NOTHING ON THIS THING TO INDICATE IT IS A VW PART. I BELIEVE IT TO BE A UNIVERSAL GAUGE POD. IT HELD 2 VDO 2 1/16 GAUGES. I RINSED IT OFF IN THE SINK, BUT IT PROBABLY SHOULD BE CLEANED A BUT MORE BEFORE YOU INSTALL IT. IT IS NOT BROKEN OR CRACKED. THANKS FOR LOOKING.
