Today is the last day to cast your vote for your favorite car designs from 2010. Your votes will decide which design teams will be presented an award by Car Design News at the Geneva motor show in March, with prizes being given to the best vehicle in the concept and production car categories. Survey: 1 in 4 drivers break law every day

In a survey of British motorists, 78% of drivers admitted to breaking the law whilst driving – and 27% revealed they do so on a daily basis. The most common offence is speeding, but nearly half of those questioned confessed to using their mobile to phone or text from behind the wheel, and a remarkable 41% said they had driven without wearing a seatbelt. Government bid to cut driving options

PLANS DESIGNED to reduce petrol prices at motorway service stations and a freeze on the cost of the MoT test have been announced by the Government. A crackdown on whiplash injury fraud is also part of the driver-friendly package to be introduced from next year. Justice Secretary Chris Grayling said t he statutory maximum price of the MoT test for a car will be frozen at £54.85 until 2015 - potentially saving up to £50 million for drivers every year.
