Ducati / Brembo Round Screw-on Billet Brake Reservoir Cover

One large cover ONLY. Brand new, clear/silver anodized, knurled sides. Very cool.

Note, I have just three of these left. They not in the package and may have very light shelf wear--but still brand new.

OK, I'll admit, have no idea which Brembo (or maybe Nissan) master cylinders, or Ducatis, these will fit :). I do know they were special made for a Ducati shop, but they do not fit any of the later Ducatis that I am familiar with.  If anybody knows for sure, please send me a message (note, someone who bought a set said they fit his Bevel perfectly. note #2, I was just told they fit a gentleman's 1980 900SS). Also, I imagine they will also fit any other number of bikes from that era (probably mid-eighties) that had Brembo masters. They do not come with the rubber bellows, or any gaskets.

Note: These may also fit Nissan master cylinders. We tried them on a Triumph Daytona, and the larger reservoir.

They measure (approximately):

2-3/8" outside diameter, 1-15/16" inside diameter

Please ask questions before bidding. Please check my other auctions! Good Luck!

Brand new "old-stock." USA made, by the same shop that made the billet for Lyle Lovett's Monster!

Who will build the car of the future?

The idea of self-driving cars isn't so farfetched anymore. Even our furloughed bureaucrats think so. But the question now is: whose cars?

The great Tesla bubble of 2013

Thu, 03 Oct 2013

Do I go too far out on a limb to suggest Tesla is the modern-day version of the Great Tulip Bubble of March 1637? Remember, that was when speculators drove prices of just-introduced tulip bulbs to astronomical heights. Some single bulbs cost more than 10 times an average working man's salary.

Jaguar Land Rover to build cars in China

Sun, 09 Sep 2012

Jaguar Land Rover has revealed it is going to build cars in China, starting with either the Freelander 2 or Evoque. Jaguar Land Rover has revealed that it going to build cars outside the UK for the first time (as opposed to re-assembling Freelander 2 CKD kits as it does in India) in a plant just north of Shanghai. As this is China, official permission from the Chinese government is required, but with the joint venture between Chery and JLR now official its seems unlikely to be a problem as JLR will already have agreed to Chery producing JLR cars with Chery badges on.
