These Supertrapp Slip on Mufflers were installed on a 1995 Ducati M900 Monster 900.  They are in very good condition but do have some scratches and could use a good cleaning.  No dents or major damage.  Easy well fitting installation.  Ducati Performance did offer these for a while. The pair weigh about 9 lbs.  Much lighter than stock

The mufflers come with extra diffusion discs as well as some open megaphone end caps. You can adjust the sound and back pressure to you liking.  A very nice system and not something you see very often on Ebay.

Official: Aston Martin Cygnet axed – fewer than 150 sold

Tue, 08 Oct 2013

Sir Stirling Moss was one of fewer than 150 Aston Martin Cygnet buyers Last month we reported that Aston Martin appeared to have axed their take on a supermini – the Aston Martin Cygnet – after just a couple of years. Now that news seems to be official after Reuters spoke to an Aston Martin source who also said the Cygnet sold so poorly that fewer than 150 were sold. That must make the Cygnet one of the poorest performing cars in any company’s sales history, especially as that fewer than 150 total was supposed to be 4,000 a year.

LUXURY car maker Jaguar has released a teaser picture of its next new model, in advance of a full reveal later this year. Positioned below the firm's mid-size XF, the new XE is expected to do battle with the likes of BMW's 3 Series, Audi's A4 and Mercedes' C-Class. Industry experts are predicting a sub £30,000 entry price for the XE, which will be powered by a new range of Jaguar designed and built engines.

Car making mysterious noises? There's an app for that

Wed, 30 Apr 2014

You may pride yourself on your ability to diagnose a developing engine problem by sound alone, and then replicate said mystery sound, Click-and-Clack-style, to amuse/annoy your friends and coworkers. ClingClanger is a new phone app that's designed for the rest of the world -- those who can't identify piston slap by sound and are startled by the clicking caused by a dying battery. The natural impulse is to simply crank up the radio and hope the noise/problem goes away.
