New System Needed To Highlight Risks Of Prescription Drugs, Says IAM

THE Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) has raised the issue of prescription drug labeling, after finding that many drivers believe the product information could be more comprehensive. In a survey based on 2,376 responses, only half of drivers asked felt prescription drug labelling is clear enough on medicines. This exercise comes after the government announced earlier this year that a drug-driving bill will be introduced, and will include chemicals which can be found in prescription drugs.

New finance deals for Mercedes

MERCEDES has introduced new finance offers on parts of the A-Class, C-Class and E-Class ranges. These are the first pictures of the Renault Dezir, a sporty Clio-sized electric concept set to be unveiled at the Paris motor show in September 2010. This is the first car produced under the watch of new design director Laurens van den Acker, who's charged with reinvigorating the Renault range after Patrick le Quement's departure. The Dezir concept car heralds a new design language for Renault, which has seen the small car market become increasingly chic (think Citroen DS3) yet it's soldiered on with just the Clio and, now, the Wind Roadster.
